As we are usually run many electrical devices with the power supplies provided with that devices.For example we have wifi router ,we run it through the power adapter provided with that.
But when the electricity goes the device lets say wifi router turns off.
So to maintain the device ON even the electricity goes, i m going to show you how to make a circuit with battery backup.
First of all keep glance to diagram...
So make the circuit according to the diagram above. if you are using 12v power supply then connect 12v battery instead of battery pack (battery should be rechargeble), in short the powersupply and battery volatge and current must be same.The volatge regulator section (here is 7805) is optional,put it according to your need.
Now if the electricity goes the device will take power from the battery with no delay, and when the main supply/electricity comes it will power the device as well as charge the battery. Enjoy
